A certified interpreter translates all documents carefully that are needed for the completion of your land register entry (Tapu), as well as all official vouchers and documents.

We process and register all neccessary documents for you. We also pay your electric, water and phone bills punctually, as well as real estate taxes and garbage fees. Our bookkeeper will record all payments and regularly send you copies of our bank statements showing payments made. When you need a maid or cleaning help, we have employees ready to serve you. If you should rent your apartment, we will gladly deliver the key in your absence. We also provide landscaping by our professional gardeners. We organize housing management meetings/owner meetings.
Should you not be able to participate at an owner meeting, we will gladly represent you and your rights in these meetings.

If you would like to furnish your real estate, help you through the process. We know the local businesses, where you can purchase your complete furnishings at reasonable prices and with a very short delivery time.

In addition, our interior decorator/carpenter can make custom-made furniture to your specifications at reasonable prices

We offer technical services of all kinds, including small repairs, reconstruction and renovation. If we can not perform the service ourselves, we can put you in contact with competent specialists.
