The entire building lay out is going to consist of 30 living units with 6 apartment houses and 4 mansions. The apartment houses are divided into 2 first floor apartments (each 75,10 m²) and 2 spacious Dublex apartments (each 131 m²). The Dublex apartments include 2 floors. The mansions consist of a living space of 154,50 m². All houses have a basement section as well. The location of the houses, of private paths and public streets result from the site map. The outdoor development of the entrance side of the houses happens over the particular jointly used path coming from the public residential street. Community areas and lawns will get divided after the residential property law.

For all coming to use building materials and devices apply by the approved rules of technology.
The execution takes place according to the building permit and under supervision of Yapi Denetim (Building Control Company).
Building work and supplies

1. Development:

Public development: The development costs as well as the entire residential fees for the development according to the construction law are included in the purchase price.
House supplies: The fees and charges to the public supply network for electricity and water as well as the fees due to installations for sewage disposal on the property are paid with the purchase price.

2. Additional building expenses:
Our capacity contains all necessary costs for building plans and permits as well as the costs for the development, for example building application, building permit, static computation and examination, official approval, measurement work, engineer achievements.

3. Extended shell:

Ground work: The ground work contains the excavation and foundation, the filling and solidifying of the workrooms as well as the removal of the superfluous soil. Concrete and
Steal construction work: the foundations, the floor boards as well as the ceilings consist of concrete/steal concrete and are generated after the respective static requirements. The steal concrete structure- resp. the steal concrete ceiling parts are constructive separated to the house next door.

4. Construction:

Windows: the windows are plastic-windows (white) corresponding to the conception drawings. The windows are equipped with integrated shades and fly lattices.

Kitchen: Cold and warm water and sewage connection are near the kitchen sink. The kitchen will include a ventilation system, connected to the outside, with possibility of installing a vapor deduction hood. The closet line without electrical appliances is included in the price.
Bath: Cold and warm water and sewage. Ground and walls up to the ceiling are covered with tile.
       
Generally: the sanitary objects in the bath and toilet are kept in white. All faucets are single post faucets. Bathroom cabinets with console sinks in ceramics. Shower is equipped with shower cabin.

Living spaces: floor coverings including balcony and terrace are covered with ceramics tile.
Electric installation: the implementation happens after the guidelines and respective directions of the supplier. The meter box for the respective house unit is located in the entrance area. Bathtub and pipes are connected over the potential balance rail to the foundation.
Kitchen: 1 ceiling light, 1 outlet for dishwasher, 1 double outlet for refrigerator and freezer, 1 outlet for deduction hood, 3 outlets over the work board, 1 outlet at the door.
Living area/dining room: 2 ceiling lights, 8 outlets, 1 connection for tv and broadcast.

Sleep: 1 ceiling light, 2 double outlets, 1 outlet at the door.
Bath: 1 ceiling light, 1 Brennstelle over Washstand with turn off switch, 2 outlets in the sink area, 1 outlet for the washing machine
Hall way: 2 switch controls for Brennstellen in the stairways area resp. stairways room. 1 turn off switch for Brennstelle at outside lamp next to the entrance.
Attic: 1 turn off switch for 2 Brennstellen in the wall area, 2 outlets.
Basement: 1 ceiling light, 1 double outlet.
Telephone connection: telephone line with outlet in the living room.
Antennas connection: cable placed from the cellar to the roof with outlet in the living room.

Climate: the partments are equipped with an air conditioner, the Dublex apartments with two air conditioners and the houses with three air conditioners. Remote control inclusive the climate devices for cold and warm attitude are included in the purchase price.
Cellar: a cellar room is available for each apartment.

5. Outside area:
